India's $4 Smart Phone:Too good to be true?
- Ringing Bells unveiled its Freedom 251 smartphone on Wednesday
- Features that include 4-inch desplay, 1.3-GHz core processor, and 8 GB's of storage.
- The made in India product was listed for 251 rupees or $3.65.
- It seems to be a joke or a scam and is currently being investigated by various goverment authorities says Pankaj Mohindroo.
